All orders are shipped Canada-wide only. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are flat rate and non-refundable.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Please verify your shipping address is correct. If you need to change your address, email us at KonstructKulture@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
All orders are shipped with tracked shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Returns Policy
No Refunds or Change-of-Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds and we do not accept returns if you simply change your mind or made an incorrect product choice. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns are accepted only for faulty products or products that do not match the description provided on our website.
How to Request a Return

- 3 We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Approved returns must be in their original, unused condition and original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

We ship Canada-wide only. A flat shipping fee of $25.00 CAD applies to all orders. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
